Singing D is a man who really loves the Lord Jesus Christ, and when the invitation was given, he couldn't miss the opportunity and became a worker in the master's vineyard in 1994. From that moment onwards his life has never been the same. He believes that the experiences God has allowed him to go through, see and bear witness to, is a testimony to God's hand upon his life and this in effect has strengthened his resolve to press toward the mark to the higher calling. It was in June 25th, 1997 that he had an encounter which changed his perception of what it meant to be a Christian and introduced him to an aspect of Christian Ministry, that allowed him to develop his gifts and talents especially in the field of outreach. On the night of Friday July, 25th Singing D he entered a Gospel Talent Show and won, walking away with a £100, and forging a relationship with Shekinah de original Christian Sound which continues to this day. Through Shekinah and its team members Singing D has developed (and continues to do so) into an anointed and appointed minister of the gospel. The blessings, which have come via his ministry, have transcended in to his local community and further beyond. The community has labeled Singing D 'the Garnet Silk of the Ghetto' and Singing D feels that Shekinah has played a very active role in bringing the Church to the community. He is very passionate about the lover of his soul Jesus Christ and this is very evident as he worships and expresses his heart in song. Many who have heard this talented and anointed man of God would bear witness to the statement. Singing D's heart is for the community in which he lives and believes that it is only through the power of unity that we can make a difference. Singing D released his debut EP 'I Love You Lord' in July 2004. Singing D is excited, and believes that with Jesus in his life, his future is Bright.
